Discount Tire is and always has been amazing at every location I’ve been to. Four star only because it feels like I need to bring up the tire warranty in regard to the tire(s) when an emergency plug has been placed in tire. Store ALWAYS covers the warrantied tires and honors it. I cannot say the same for Pep Boys(Be very WARY of Pep Boys, I do not by any means recommend them!) I DO 100% recommend Discount Tire. Thank you Discount Tire and crews!!

I had a great experience here. I interacted with a few employees. They were helpful, smart and seemed genuine. I think this place probably hires well and is well managed. I bought new tires and a new spare. Efficient and a reasonable amount of time throughout the process.

I would like to start saying that I have 6 vehicles regularly served by Discount tire Nationwide, I've been a loyal customer for last 6 years. One cargo Van, One truck and 3 more personal vehicles . All of them, come regularly to Discount tire in random States and shops because they travel a lot. It happens that for the first time ever!, I was denied service as I was "late". I got in the store at 5:18 PM, I waited patiently until "Jon" the only red shirt Customer Service employee showed up, he immediately engaged in a long call taking care of a customer over the phone. Then, "Alex" (another red shirt) showed up at 5:39 PM. I asked for tire's rotation service as usual. He said that he couldn't provide the service because it was only 21 minutes for closing as the store close at 6 PM. I told him that although I understand his point, I was inside the store waiting for service with enough time to take care of my issue. He said that he couldn't provide the service, regardless. In this point, I'm confused. If any business close at 6 PM, they would stop taking care of customers 40 or 30 minutes prior because the 6 PM is a full-stop???? That's insane. If it's the case, it's safe to believe

Hands down my favorite tire store in SLC. They've plugged a screw hole for me at closing time, with a smile, for free. They've aligned my car for free (because "it wasn't THAT off"). They've installed my snow tires and removed them for free. They've sold me a tire day-of when I got a flat. They've offered me the best price in town on both a rim and a couple of tires, and they've always been fast, predictable, and totally courteous. I don't know how they train their employees, but they're doing a great job!

I had a very disappointing experience at Discount Tire. I went in to purchase four all-season tires and selected the model myself, even though it was expensive, because I wanted quality and reliability. After the installation, everything seemed fine and I went home satisfied. The next day, while checking the tires, I realized they were manufactured in 2021. Considering this was November 2025 and winter was approaching, I was not comfortable paying full price for tires that were already several years old. I returned to the store to address the issue, but the salesperson insisted the tires were “new” and dismissed my concern. I asked to speak with a manager, hoping for a better resolution, but unfortunately the situation got worse. The manager was rude, dismissive, and tried to shift the blame onto me, saying this is what happens when you choose specific tires. I explained clearly that I didn’t need anything special—I simply wanted proper all-season tires that were actually new. Instead of helping, he tried to push a different brand (Toyo), which were summer tires and cheaper than what I originally paid for. When I questioned this, he became more aggressive and told me to either
